Bookzo provides professional book publishing, editing, ghostwriting, design, marketing, and distribution services for authors and publishers worldwide. Our mission is to help authors bring their stories to life and connect with readers across global platforms.
By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have parental/guardian consent) and legally able to enter into this agreement.
Our services include but are not limited to:
Manuscript evaluation and editing
Ghostwriting and content creation
Book formatting and cover design
ISBN registration and copyright assistance
Publishing on platforms such as Amazon Kindle, Apple Books, Barnes & Noble Nook, Google Play Books, Kobo, and others
Marketing and promotional campaigns
Specific service details, timelines, and deliverables will be agreed upon in writing before work begins.
You agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information related to your project.
Ensure all submitted content is free from unlawful material.
Obtain any necessary permissions for copyrighted materials.
Review and approve drafts in a timely manner to meet agreed timelines.
You retain ownership of your original work and grant Bookzo a limited licence to use it for the purpose of fulfilling services.
Any materials created by Bookzo for your project (e.g., covers, designs, formatted files) will be transferred to you upon full payment, unless otherwise stated.
Bookzo retains the right to display your project in our portfolio, unless you request otherwise in writing.
Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement.
All invoices must be paid in full before final files are delivered or books are published.
Refunds are only issued in cases where services have not yet commenced, and any refunds will be subject to a processing fee.
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if the company fails to fulfil the requirements as outlined in the signed agreement.
When using our publishing services, you grant us permission to list your book on partnered platforms, including but not limited to Amazon Kindle, Apple Books, Google Play, Barnes & Noble, Kobo, and other international distributors.
Bookzo is not liable for:
Loss of data due to circumstances beyond our control.
Sales performance of published works.
Third-party platform issues, delays, or removals.
Either party may terminate services by written notice. If you terminate services after work has commenced, you are responsible for payment of work completed to date.
Your personal and project information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Data Protection & Privacy Licence.
We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with a revised “Last Updated” date. This means that the terms you agree to today may change in the future to reflect new laws, services, or business practices, and you should review them periodically to stay informed.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, the United States of America, the United Arab Emirates, and Pakistan. This ensures that our services and agreements meet the legal requirements of the regions where we operate and serve clients.
